⭐️Sabina Yapparova: Master classes on Aug 7, 12, 14, 18, 19
Sabina Yapparova is a professional ballet artist with over 22 years of stage experience, including many years with the Mikhailovsky Theatre in St. Petersburg. She has performed leading classical roles and toured internationally.
Trained under renowned figures like Alla Osipenko, Nikita Dolgushin, Farukh Ruzimatov, and Oleg Vinogradov, Sabina brings a deep understanding of ballet technique and stage artistry.
Now based in Canada, she shares her passion through teaching, blending the traditions of the Russian ballet school with the insight of a seasoned performer. Her classes reflect professionalism, care, and a love for the art form.

⭐️Vladyslav Romashchenko: Pas de Deux Workshop Assistant: Aug 14, 21
Born in Kyiv, Ukraine, Vladyslav Romashchenko graduated from Kyiv Choreographic College in 2011 and mastered various dance styles. He gained recognition at international competitions and joined the National Opera of Ukraine as a second soloist. During the 2022 invasion of Ukraine, he joined the Hamburg Ballet to support his country through dance. In late 2022, he became an instructor at InStudio at the National Ballet of Canada and has toured extensively, captivating audiences worldwide.

⭐️Victoria Mironova: Classical Repertoire: Aug 6, 8, 13, 15
Ms. Mironova’s remarkable ballet journey began in 1977 when she graduated from the Vaganova Ballet Academy in St. Petersburg. Under Natalia Dudinskaya’s guidance, she honed her skills before joining the Mikhailovsky Theatre, amassing over 21 years of professional experience. In 1995, after four years of university studies, she earned a degree in teaching choreography using the Vaganova syllabus. In 2003, she founded the Victoria International Ballet Academy and Company, sharing her Vaganova expertise in Canada. Today, she serves as Artistic Director, Teacher, and Choreographer, shaping the future of ballet.

⭐️Liza Lordski: Master Classes: Aug 5, 8, 11, 15, 21
Liza began her dance journey at Victoria International Ballet Academy, training for 8 years and graduating in 2011. She further honed her skills at the Vaganova Ballet Academy and Kyiv State Ballet School. In 2014, she joined the Moscow State Ballet Theatre and served as a guest Principal Dancer with Victoria Ballet Company. After studying at the University of Theatre Arts in Moscow, Liza returned to Canada as a principal teacher at Victoria International Ballet Academy and became the Academy’s General Manager in 2019. In 2023, she was appointed Co-Director of the academy.

⭐️Kirill Lordski: Master Classes: Aug 6, 13, 20, 22
Kirill Lordski began his dance journey at Victoria International Ballet Academy in 2005, trained in Classical Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, and Modern dance. He has won gold medals in competitions across Canada and the U.S.A. and performed with Canada’s Ballet Jorgen and the National Ballet of Canada. As a principal artist with Victoria Ballet Company, Kirill has also showcased his skills as a dancer and actor in Netflix series like “Tiny Pretty Things” and the “Bridgerton Immersive Experience” in Toronto. In 2023, Kirill was appointed Co-Director of the academy.

⭐️Jesui Monterrubio:Pas de Deux Workshop Assistant: Aug 14, 21
Jesui Monterrubio’s ballet journey began young, spanning over 11 years of dedication. He trained at the Victoria International Ballet Academy and the National School of Classical and Contemporary Dance in Mexico City. Enhancing his skills with Gyrotonic® training, Jesui deepened his understanding of the body’s relationship with dance. Learning from talented dancers and directors worldwide, Jesui has been a guest dancer with the Victoria Ballet Company since 2019. Beyond the stage, he studies ballet history, repertoire, technique, choreographic styles, and kinesiology. His performances, whether classic or contemporary, bring music to life with heart and soul.

⭐️Dr. Anna Rybalko: Leading physiotherapist presenting lectures on injury prevention and recovery: Aug 14 & 21
Dr. Anna Rybalko is a chiropractor and ballet teacher, offering chiropractic and acupuncture treatments for musculoskeletal issues. A graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, she is also a former dancer trained at Victoria International Ballet Academy, York University, and Canada’s National Ballet School. She combines her dance background with a passion for injury prevention and movement education.
Dr. Anna works with artists and active individuals alike, using a thorough approach that includes manual therapy, acupuncture, and personalized rehab plans to help patients move pain-free.
