Ballerina, Principal Teacher and Manager of the Academy
Elizaveta Lordski, alumna of VIBA’s Professional Ballet Program, received her Diploma as a Ballet Artist in 2011 and continued her training at the Vaganova Ballet Academy and the Kyiv State Ballet School.
In 2014, Elizaveta joined the Moscow State Ballet Theatre. She has also been a Principal Dancer with Victoria Ballet Company since 2014. In 2015, Elizaveta attended the University of Theatre Arts, in Moscow, Russia, majoring in Pedagogy and Choreography.
She returned to Canada and became one of the principal teachers at the Academy.
Elizaveta also studied Business Administration at McMaster University and has been the General Manager of Victoria International Ballet Academy since 2019.
Principal Teacher
Former student of VIBA’s professional program, Kirill Lordski pursued a professional career in dance since 2012 when he joined Canada’s Ballet Jorgen. Kirill is professionally trained in various dance disciplines such as classical ballet, contemporary, and neoclassical ballet. Kirill has successfully competed in numerous world-renowned ballet competitions such as YAGP and the World Ballet Competition. Kirill has been a principal dancer at Victoria Ballet Company since 2016, and a guest performer with the National Ballet Company of Canada since 2018. In 2017, Kirill graduated from the Toronto Film School and has since appeared in Netflix productions such as “Tiny Pretty Things” , “Falling Water” and “The Queens Ball: A Bridgerton Experience” in Toronto, Canada.
Ballerina, Teacher
Anastasia, a distinguished ballerina, graduated from Victoria International Ballet Academy’s Full-Time Professional Program in 2011. She furthered her training at the Boston Ballet School and the renowned Vaganova Ballet Academy before joining Columbia Classical Ballet Company in the U.S.A. from August 2013 to December 2016.
A First Prize winner at the Odessa International Ballet Competition in 2012 and a representative of Canada in Beijing’s International Ballet Competition in China, Anastasia boasts an extensive repertoire, including iconic roles such as Princess Aurora, Cinderella, Giselle, and the Sugar Plum Fairy.
In 2022, Anastasia realized her ballet passion, establishing “Orillia Ballet Academy” in Ontario. Committed to enriching her community with the beauty of classical ballet, she dedicates herself to imparting the refined Vaganova method.

Alexandra Moore is a graduate of VIBA’s Professional Ballet Program, she received her Diploma as a Ballet Artist in 2022. Upon graduation Alexandra was invited to join the Arles Youth Ballet Company in France.
Ballerina
Victoria Collier is a graduate of VIBA’s Professional Ballet Program, she received her Diploma as a Ballet Artist in 2022. Upon graduation Victoria was invited to dance the lead in Victoria Ballet Company’s production of “The Nutcracker” 2022. In 2023, Victoria was invited to join Plovdiv State Opera and Ballet Theatre, Bulgaria.
“Physical exercises at Victoria Ballet Academy helped me recover from a debilitating injury”. After his graduation, Alexander went on to pursue a scientific career. He obtained his Bachelor of Science at 18 and Master of Science at 19 from Kharkiv National University (Ukraine) and his PhD in Astrophysics at 24 from the University of Toronto (Canada).
Throughout his academic career, Alexander had been involved in a wide range of political and philanthropic activities both in Canada and in Ukraine. After attaining his PhD, he pivoted to the political field, first serving as a Ukrainian Canadian Congress Parliamentary Intern in 2020-2021 and currently working as a political staffer at the Ministry of the Attorney General of Ontario.
Keren Barak is a graduate of the Victoria International Ballet Academy where she earned an Artiste de Ballet diploma. After graduation, she studied at School of the Arts, Media, Production, and Design at York University. Keren holds a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours. She works now as an actress in the Toronto Film Industry.
Keren has participated in a variety of dance and theatre productions, worked as a professional dancer in the styles of Ballet, Contemporary, Latin, Belly Dance, Bollywood, and Jazz. Keren is a dance instructor.
While following her artistic dreams, Keren has also found a new passion for law. She is currently a licensed paralegal and is preparing to study at a law school.
Anna Rybalko graduated from Victoria Ballet Academy in 2011. She received her Teacher Training Diploma the the National Ballet Academy and a Registered Teacher status. In 2017 she graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. She is a dance teacher with a focus on classical ballet technique, conditioning and choreography. Currently, Anna is completing her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic college, and she is excited to soon start her chiropractic practice.
