Adult Ballet Programs at VIBA
Summer Adult Ballet
Dates: August 1, 3, 8, 10, 15 and 17
Time: From 6 to 7 p.m.
Teachers: Mr. Kirill and Ms. Liza
On Tuesdays classes will include Stretching and Conditioning + Barre and Centre
On Thursdays classes will include Stretching and Conditioning + Centre and Ballet Technique.

Beginner Adult Ballet
No previous ballet experience is necessary to take this class. Students can expect a warm-up + flexibility block, basic barre, centre, and technique exercises.
Intermediate Adult Ballet
We recommend at least 2+ years of ballet experience to attend this class. Students can expect a warm-up + flexibility block, barre, centre, and corner work, as well as ballet technique, and pointe exercises.
Ballet Body Workout
No previous ballet experience is necessary to take this class. Ballet Body Workout is a ballet-based workout which focuses on flexibility, conditioning, and strength exercises. This is a great class for both beginner and intermediate students.
