Summer Adult Ballet
Dates: August 1, 3, 8, 10, 15 and 17 Time: From 6 to 7 p.m. Teachers: Mr. Kirill and Ms. Liza Fees: $180 On Tuesdays classes will include Stretching and Conditioning + Barre and Centre On Thursdays classes will include Stretching and Conditioning + Centre and Ballet Technique. No previous ballet experience is necessary to take this class. Students can expect a warm-up + flexibility block, basic barre, centre, and technique exercises.
Intermediate Adult Ballet
1.5 hours
We recommend at least 2+ years of ballet experience to attend this class. Students can expect a warm-up + flexibility block, barre, centre, and corner work, as well as ballet technique, and pointe exercises.
Ballet Body Workout
1 hour
No previous ballet experience is necessary to take this class. Ballet Body Workout is a ballet-based workout which focuses on flexibility, conditioning, and strength exercises. This is a great class for both beginner and intermediate students.
