My Passion and My Life

Alena Loboda Victoria Ballet Academy is a very special place for me. This is where I first encountered ballet at  the age of 13 and a half, and ever since then, it became my passion and my life. I was able to experience the most professional and serious training that the school has to offer when I was accepted to the Day School program. The academy quickly became a second home for me; it was the place where I took academic classes, dance classes, attended rehearsals, and made friends. I am forever grateful to my dance teachers, Victoria Mironova and Elena Dmitrieva who instilled in me the determination, self-discipline, attention to detail, and courage necessary to pursue my dreams. Ballet Auditions 2013

Audition Dates: February 3 and 10, 2013 Address: 7 Bradwick Drive, Vaughan, Ontario, Canada Please contact us to Register for  an Audition: Email: info@victoriaballet.com Phone: (905) 707-7580 An assessment of the student’s physical and creative potential for the Professional Choreographic Program (grades 5-12, Master classes, and Teachers' Course) is conducted by our instructors.  No auditioning is necessary for Summer camp, Summer Intensive or Preschool and elementary grades 1 to 4, however, physical and academic screening may be required. Out-of-country and non-local area children are invited to send a video of their audition. The audition fee is $40.

New Uniform CodeNew Uniform Code

Important Notice Starting September 8, 2012 Victoria Ballet Academy will be introducing a new uniform code for all children. Recreational and Beginner Programs - Pink Leotard (includes skirt). Pink soft shoes, and pink tights. Hair pulled back in a pony tail (for girls with short hair) or in a bun. Intermediate Level - Burgundy Leotard, pink soft shoes, pink tights. Hair must be up in a bun. The wearing of Pointe shoes will depend on the advice of your child’s teacher. Pre-Professional Level - Navy Leotard, pink soft shoes, pink tights. Hair must be up in a bun.
