This summer we are happy to bring you a specialized ADULT BALLET SUMMER BOOTCAMP 

 If you are looking to switch up your workout routine, excel at your fitness goals, and enjoy the many benefits of ballet, we have the perfect program for you. 

We are proudly introducing a FRESH and exciting BALLET-BASED approach to fitness, BALLET BODY! 

Ballet Body will focus on strength, cardio, and the best fitted exercise Ballet has to offer. 

This program was developed by our top Toronto ballet professionals based on the training they themselves use to keep lean and in shape throughout their professional ballet seasons. 

With regular training you can expect: toned muscles, fat loss, posture improvement, flexibility.

We will also keep running our well established Adult Ballet+ Pointe/Pointe Prep lessons, and our Beginner Ballet classes!
