Victoria Mironova (Evdokimova), M. Ed. – Russian ballerina, instructor of ballet, choreographer, a teacher with the highest qualifications, founder of the Victoria Ballet Academy. In 1977, she graduated from the Academy of Russian Ballet of St. Petersburg, which is named after A. Y. Vaganova, with the diploma of a ballet dancer (Artiste de Ballet). She then upgraded her skills at the one year Master Class of the great Natalia Dudinskaya, People’s Artist of the USSR, to become a Principal Dancer. Victoria has 21 years of professional dance experience. In 1995, after 5 years of university studies, she graduated from the Pedagogical (Teachers’) Department of the Vaganova Academy majoring in teaching choreographic disciplines and choreography (as per the famous Vaganova syllabus). Since 1991, she has taught classical ballet, character and historic dances in Russia and Canada. She teaches in English, French and Russian. Presently, she is the Artistic Director, Teacher and Choreographer of the Victoria Ballet Academy.

Elena Dmitrieva, Ballet Teacher, Victoria Ballet Academy

Elena Dmitrieva, M. Ed. – Russian ballerina, instructor of ballet, choreographer, a teacher with the highest qualifications. In 1978, she graduated from the Academy of Russian Ballet named after Vaganova in St. Petersburg, Russia with the diploma of a ballet dancer (Artiste de Ballet) and practiced for one year at the Master Class of the People’s Artist of the USSR Natalya M. Dudinskaya. She has 25 years of professional dance experience. In 2001, after 5 year of university studies, she graduated from the Pedagogical (Teachers’) Department of the Vaganova Academy majoring in teaching choreographic disciplines (Vaganova syllabus) and choreography. Since then, she has taught ballet, character and historic dances in Russia, Japan and Canada. She has received awards in Japan for her creation of a new ballet work-out program for adults. She teaches in English, French, Russian and Japanese. Presently, she is a Teacher and Choreographer of the Victoria Ballet Academy, Principal instructor of Character and Historic Dances and Ballet for Adults.

 

NAIRA RAMAZANOVA

Naira Ramazanova – Russian ballerina, instructor of ballet and character dance. In 1995, she graduated from the Azerbaijan’s National Ballet School in Baku with the diploma of a ballet dancer (Artiste de Ballet). She has more than 10 years of professional dance experience. In 2000, she was awarded as an Honorary Actor for the Cultural Achievements. In 2001, she received the award of the First International Ballet Festival of Chabukiani-Balanchine as the Best Woman Dancer. In 2009, after 2 year of Teaching Training Program for Professional Dancers at the Canada’s National Ballet School, she graduated with the Diploma with Distinction as a Ballet Teacher. Since 2007, she is a Ballet Teacher for Associate and Fullt Time Programs for the Canada’s National Ballet School. Presently, she is a Ballet and Character Dance Teacher for the Full Time and Evenig/Weekend Programs of the Victoria Ballet Academy.

ALEXANDER GRIGORIN

Alexander Grigorin – Russian ballet dancer, a qualified ballet teacher. In 1983, he graduated from the Azerbaijan’s National Ballet School in Baku with the diploma of a ballet dancer (Artiste de Ballet), and danced at the National Opera and Ballet Theatre in Baku and the Russian Ballet in Moscow. From 1991 till 1997 he was a soloist of the Israel Classical Ballet. After moving to Canada, Mr. Grigorin has become a certified ballet teacher. Since 1997, he has taught ballet for Canadian schools. OLGA OKHRIMENKO

Olga Okhrimenko – Russian ballerina, instructor of ballet and character dance. In 2001, she graduated from the Ballet School of the Vladivostok Ballet Theatre (Russia) with the diploma of a ballet dancer (Artiste de Ballet). In 2006, after 5 year of studies at the Khabarovsk University for Arts (Russia), she graduated with the Diploma as a Ballet Teacher and Choreographer. Since 2002, she worked as a ballerina, a Ballet Teacher and Choreographer for the Vladivostok Ballet School and the Choreographic Department of the School for Gifted Children, Vladivostok, Russia. Presently, she is a Ballet and Character Dance Teacher for the Full Time and Evenig/Weekend Programs of the Victoria Ballet Academy.
