Specialized ballet classes for boys are available at the day school of the Victoria Ballet Academy. The boys’ instructions are usually combined with the girls’ instructions in the beginning of each class, and separated after some part of the class.

When girls start point work, for example, boys go to another ballet studio to have lessons with our male teacher. They may have combined classes with girls where their male teacher instructs them on supporting and lifting techniques.
