An assessment of the child’s physical and creative potential is conducted by our instructors. The next free of charge audition has been scheduled for January 24, 2010. Call the school at 905-707-7580 to make an appointment. Out-of-country and non-local area children are invited to send a video of their audition taken by a ballet teacher. Families of those students who are then accepted by the Academy are expected to contribute financially towards their children’s studies. In an effort to be inclusive, parents may inquire about available monetary support since assistance is available to eligible students. Grants are available from institutions such as Children First: School Choice Trust. 

Once a child is approved for enrollment, parents are required to submit the following: 

• the completed Registration Form
• the registration fee
• a recent photo of the student
• a copy of the student’s birth certificate or passport
• a copy of the student’s most recent report card or (for high school students) transcript
• two reference letters characterizing the student
• a teacher’s recommendation.

All full-time students must demonstrate sufficient progress to warrant re-acceptance the following year.
