An assessment of the child’s physical and creative potential will be conducted by our instructors. The next free of charge audition is scheduled for January 24, 2010. Call the school at 905-707-7580 to have an appointment. Out-of-country and out-of-local area children are invited to send a video record of their audition taken by a ballet teacher. Families of those students who are then accepted by the Academy are expected to contribute financially towards their child’s studies. In an effort to be inclusive, parents may inquire about available monetary support since assistance is available to eligible students. Grants are available from such institutions as Children First: School Choice Trust.

When a child is approved for enrollment, the parents have to submit the following:

• the completed Registration Form
• the registration fee
• a recent photo of the student
• a copy of the student’s birth certificate or passport
• a copy of the student’s most recent report card or (for high school students) transcript
• two reference letters charactarizing the student
• a teacher’s recommendation.

All full-time students progress must show sufficient progress to warrant re-acceptance the following year.
