An assessment of the child’s physical and creative potential will be scheduled by one of the Academy’s instructors. Out-of-country and out-of-local area children are invited to send a video record of their audition taken by a ballet specialist. Families of those students who are then accepted by the Academy are expected to contribute financially towards their child’s  studies. In an effort to be inclusive, tuition fees are based on a sliding scale, dependent on need. Parents should not be afraid to inquire about available monetary support since assistance is available to eligible students. Furthermore, grants are available from such institutions as Children First: School Choice Trust.

All full-time students progress must show sufficient progress to warrant re-acceptance the following year.
